Late Night Indian Takeaway
It was late on a Friday evening when the enquiry came through from the India Tourism Board. We immediately telephoned to arrange a meeting for the following Tuesday to take a full brief.
The client had booked a 6m x 4m booth open on 3 sides at The National Wedding Show at the NEC, Birmingham. With a limited budget and with only a week before the opening of the show. We had to nail the design first time so we could get the stand scheduled into production pretty quickly. One of our designers worked late into the evening on the project working closely with the account manager, production and the project management team. This continued until they were happy with their proposal considering the short lead time.

The following day the proposal was presented to the client who needed to discuss it with their colleagues. We finally got sign off 2 days before the show opened but we now needed to source suitable artwork that reflected India as a high end wedding and honeymoon destination.
Below is an image of the finished exhibition stand before the event opened. The feedback from the client was positive, telling us that they are looking forward to working with us again at their next events.
This is another example of the dedication and commitment given by the team who handle all enquiries large or small. All with the same amount of professionalism regardless of budget and lead time.
